This week we hosted 8 teenagers and 2 chaperones from Pasco Methodist Church. Granddaughter #1, Shyanne asked us to play host for the evening to this great group of kids while they were visiting Portland. They are in town to help with a local vacation bible school and work in the food bank. What a great activity! We sure enjoyed visiting with the young people and they seemed to enjoy our hamburger dinner. They also took a walk in our neighborhood to a favorite nature path that Shyanne likes. Of course, she got to lead the pack.
This a great example of the "good" teens we have. We were proud of Shyanne and her involvement with this youth group. Nice to be Grandparents!
